Can you say yummy? This recipe is exactly as described, easy to make, light, delicate, and delectable. The only change I made was adding my homemade vanilla bean paste in place of the extract. I served it with fresh homemade strawberry rhubarb sauce and vanilla bean whipped cream. A perfect summer treat!
