Baked this as a birthday cake in the hot summer weather. Saved some of the biscuit mix to decorate on top. I expected the cheesecake layer to be higher, but maybe my tin was a little bit bigger :). Thanks nigella for this tasty cook along, and for the easy to follow recipe!
