Thoroughly enjoyed making this delicious lemon curd no fuss tart. I had guests coming for dinner & had little time to prepare, having had an extra busy week as well as feeling a little under the weather with a head cold, I whipped up this tart in no time! I already had homemade lemon curd in the freezer which I put to good use. T’was perfect & delicious. Added a frangipani flower to give the tart a special summery feel whilst we are in the middle of winter! It’s a favourite for sure.
