Delicious summer dessert tart! A tangy sweet lemon curd made from scratch (thank you now I love lemon curd) that combines perfectly with a fruit medley on top. Oh! And don’t forget the crunchy, salty cookie base!! What a delight!! A great birthday tart for my mom!!
