I used frozen blackberries, raspberries and blueberries as it’s winter here so they aren’t in season. But fresh strawberries are plentiful so I used those too. I can’t believe how easy this was and how perfectly it came out of the tart pan. The creaminess and tartness of the filling was the perfect contrast to the sweet berries. I’ll definitely make this again!
