I made the tart together with my 5 years old daughter Mia. It was a perfect way to get creative together as we love baking, cooking and crafting as a mummy and daughter team. She came up with the idea of the flowers on the tart. I loved it. Had to include my little girl in the photo somehow, hence her little talented hand decorating our tart. The no-fruit bit on the tart is clearly for my daughter because she doesn't like fruits on her cakes....but it makes a nice decoration. I hope it tastes as lovely as it looks.
