My daughters and I made the lemon curd 2 days ago, and we were lucky to still have enough left to make this lovely recipe! I made this for a good friend of mine visiting us here in Abu Dhabi, it was a celebration of summer and friends stuck in the land of sand with nothing to do but cook and eat!
