I made the pumpkin cheesecake with fresh pumpkin (it is not easy to get caned pumpkin in Holland) and wholewheat biscuits. As a topping a made your passion fruit curd. The taste was great. the sweetness of the pumpkin with the sourness of the curd. The cake cracked a bit on top.
