I made Nigella's pumpkin cheesecake for an autumnal dinner party, decorating it to look like a campfire with a pumpkin spice mousse, chantilly cream, salted caramel and gold-glitter dark chocolate shards. It paired perfectly with my salted caramel cocktails, topped with homemade gingerbread men and whipped cream, meaning we were nice and warm on a cold, autumn evening!
