My 13 year old daughter made this during her food tech lesson using Nigella’s recipe. The only problem was, she rolled it from the wrong end, hens the Yule log is chubbier! But, she got great marks for choosing such recipe that she ‘d done it all on her own. The subject was “Festive food” She is very proud of herself. Me too, of course! I must add, tasted delicious and didn’t last very long in our house
