I felt a little guilty about the calories so I decided to accompany Nigella's Yule Log with some fruits. I also slightly modify the icing recipe by adding 2 scoops of some mascarpone cheese to cut down the sweetness a little. I brought my dessert to a group of friends supper and Nigella's Yule Log was simply a huge success! Everyone loved it.
