Made this back in 2017, unfortunately I didn't take better pictures, so there is a festive Alexa in the background! I recall enjoying this bake, I'd never made a cake which needed to be rolled before. I expected it to split more than it did I was surprised how easily it rolled. Overall it turned out quite well although I would have preferred the coating to end up darker and I would add more chocolate to make it richer. I do love a rich cake! It went down very well with the guests! As with all Nigella recipes it was very easy to follow!
