I made 3 full recipes of Nigella's old fashioned chocolate cake to make this giant beauty. I changed up the frosting to a raspberry buttercream but cut each layer in half and sandwiched them with chocolate ganache. I made this to raffle off in support of a colleague whose partner has an unfunded cancer. I was able to raise over $1,000 (500 pounds) for her.
