Ready to take away for celebration of my friends PhD in Maths which has taken her 7 years to do. We 're so pleased for her! The cake has been made using gluten free flour and added some dehydrated cherries to it as well. Used less icing sugar in the buttercream topping and greek yogurt throughout as friend can't eat cream. Looks quite tasty, trying later tonight! Thank you for recipe, really was quite simple.
