It was my boyfriend's birthday and the first time our parents were visiting our new flat, so I had to make a cake to celebrate. He loves honeycomb so I added a layer of honeycomb flavoured buttercream in the middle of the cake, some crushed Crunchie bar on the top and decorated with some little fondant bees.
