This cake was a pleasure to make, just as it is, no decorations were needed for my taste. I especially loved the easiness of the batter and I find the sour cream tang gives a special touch. I did reduce the icing sugar by 50g though, as I often do: this did still give a very smooth but firm icing. As any of your recipes the result was glorious, thank you for being a continuous inspiration in my kitchen Nigella and team!
