I made so much mess baking this. I was using a hand held mixer and at one stage the bowl was spinning so I reached for a dishcloth and the whole lot nearly went on the floor. Then I made I got chocolate icing all over me when I was mixing that up. Luckily, the final result was trauma free and tasty delicious.
