My 12 year old daughter, Tess, spent the best part of Sunday making and decorating this cake after I told her about the monthly competition. She aspires to be a pastry chef one day and spends hours poring over baking books and watching baking shows for inspiration. It was gorgeous, and most importantly, delicious!
