This recipe is a power house take on chocolate cake. Not too sweet, truly chocolatey and a light tang from the sour cream. I've left the recipe as is, no need to mess with a classic. I'd like to try it with muscadavo sugar, chili and cinnamon to make a Mexican hot chocolate.
