"Last slice of heaven" Since we have a celiac at home, I had to replace the plain flour with something gluten-free...so I went for almond flour. I have also replaced the golden syrup with coconut bio syrup, which is a bit less sweet but has many more flavors. The final touch was the addition of finely sliced almonds on the chocolate ganache.
