Please excuse the industrial setting, this is a destined-for-work cake. It's in aid of Brew (not Blue) Monday, aimed at getting people together to talk at the lowest point of the year. Proceeds are in aid of the wonderful work done by the Samaritans and the event is being hosted by our mental health first aider. This cake is one of the most requested ones I make, it never fails to impress.
