Absolute fun to make these Prince-fourré hearts. I needed to turn my oven to a lower heat (160) to bake them. Very tasty and easy to prepare. Besides that they are lovely to put on the table next to a big pot of (English) tea. Tomorrow will be Valentine’s day, but most of the cookies are already gone. Guess that says it all.
