First time entering a Cookalong - so fun! What a terrific biscuit! The dough was so easy to work with, and it rolled out beautifully. The texture of the cookie is so good. I added some pureed strawberries to the filling to make it pink. Delicious! Also, I didn't have a corn holder to mark the biscuits, but found that a fondue fork worked really well. My son helped fill, arrange, photograph and eat these biscuits. We will definitely make these again!
