Having to slightly alter the recipe to suit our gluten free needs meant a few little changes. We also added a little homemade strawberry jam! But the results were a massive hit with everyone! Even the none coeliac family members said how deliciously light, buttery & creamy they were! We will be making, eating & sharing this gorgeous treat regularly from now on!
