Custard cream hearts with a touch of strawberry - I made these gluten free so they are coeliac friendly. Half the pastry is rose coloured to go with the pink theme. A drop of strawberry jam between the custard-cream and top biscuit of each was a welcome addition, along with a little royal icing decoration.
