Being in a lockdown, this recipe cheered up the spirits of myself and my family alike. My home smells of the divine fragrance of cinnamon as I write this. As for personalising it, I went forward and added some cocoa powder which gave the flavour an additional depth. And the glaze is my secret milk powder glaze which is so good that you would want to use it as a dipping sauce for cakes and cookies etc. "To whoever reading this, I hope you are safe"
