My family loves to enjoy cinnamon or caramel rolls with chili. The sweet and spicy combination has been a long time favorite for rainy days. It was fun to serve these beautiful rolls to my family as a part of our chili dinner during our time of staying safe at home. I borrowed from the Swedish cinnamon roll traditions and added cardamon to the dough and filling. I also tried out the lovely Swedish style of cutting my rolls into these beautiful lengths. I loved the soft, pillowy rolls created with this recipe!
