Here we have the most delicious cinnamon buns we've ever had. Not sticky and not too sweet. Just right. Straight from the oven they were like biting into a cloud of cinnamon heaven. I'm not Norwegian, but our Norwegian neighbors said they tasted like the homeland. Thank you Nigella for sharing such an easy, successful recipe. Using the parchment made lifting the buns out of the pan so simple. They were easy to serve and such a hit! These will be a family favorite for years to come.
