I made these Norwegian cinnamon rolls which was just the comfort food needed while on lockdown in South Africa. I enjoyed it with a cup of masala chai on a windy and chilly saturday afternoon for tea. These were so good that I had seconds and thirds. Just what I needed to perk up our mood in the house. Beautiful and easy recipe. I added some cardamom, a pinch of ginger and a 1/4 tsp nutmeg. I also had sprinkled a bit of the filling over the top. My kids helped hence some being lopsided. Haha. It was a wonderful treat.
