These are my Norwegian cinnamon buns. Being Norwegian myself I bake cinnamon buns alot and I always use brown sugar in my filling, it adds an extra caramelly flavour. Always when i make sweet yeast doughs I add a little cardamom in the dough. I prefer making my cinnamon rolls as a twisted roll, I just find them pretty and it's just as easy.
