First time making bread/buns and I cannot say that it was easy... The dough didn't have a great consistency and was too soggy. So I had to add more flour on top to be able to roll it out. Then spreading the cinnamon butter was also quite hard and started destroying the shape of the dough so I could not spread it evenly on all the dough. Finally managed to roll it and I baked it the morning after. I let it probably a bit too long in the oven as it was very much coloured but it wasn't burnt and the taste was great in the end.
