Cinnamon rolls are very common in Estonia. So it was very good refreshment for the old version. We don't use that bottom layer in here. It's very easy recipe and I'm sure that I'll use that recipe for the dough to the other pastries too. I used 1x12 grams sachet easy-blend yeast and it worked well.
