I baked these beauties today. A rainy day is a good day to stay in and bake. I personalised my Norwegian Cinnamon Rolls by adding toasted crushed walnuts to the butter sugar mix and also topped with a cream cheese and mascarpone frosting topped with more crushed toasted walnuts. Omg so delicious. I ate 2 straight away.
