Actually I made the dough as receipe and let it rest to doble the volume. After that I opened a square form, filled all area with the mixture I prepare before and rolled as a cylinder. I cut slices equivalent to three fingers and put in a pan side by side and let rest a little bit more. Then I put in an oven and baked until it smelled cooked. I took the buns out of the oven and put a mixture of sugar and lemon and....volia! I filled the dough with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and some spices. On the top I used a mixture of confectioners' sugar and lemon juice. Simple but tasty.
