After arriving in the UK and finding out I reacted badly to the wheat here, I’ve been on a mission to bake gluten free treats for our home. For these gorgeous Cinnamon Rolls I used a mixture of gluten free flours to create a perfect workable dough. Crispy on top and fluffy in the middle, I’m super happy with the result, and I got the tick of approval from my husband too!
