We'd call them cinnamon "snails" in my country, the way I, but as I saw also many others, made them. I'm completely inexperienced with a yeast dough, so I was rather nervous as the dough was initially very sticky, but perseverence and some vigourous cursing paid off. I didn't glaze it with an egg, only the buttery-sugary mixture. They are unbelievably soft and mouth-watering when warm. My roommates love me now. A cinnamon cheers!
