Sunny day in Christchurch, New Zealand. I managed to make it home to see family for the weekend despite the current chaos with the Coronavirus and had a lazy Sunday morning baking with my parents. The dough rose beautifully in the sunshine and I added honey instead of sugar to the cinnamon butter mixture. I also sprinkled some mixed dried fruit over half of the dough. Gone down a treat!
