Though Christmas is celebrated in abundance in Singapore, Easter less so. Being away from home (the Netherlands) I recreated Nigella’s chocolate Easter cake to feel connected to all the friends and family back home. I personalised the recipe by adding crunched up meringue as an extra topping to make it more of an Easter egg hunt!
