This is my Easter cake which is also my 32nd birthday cake! Unfortunately I can’t spend my sunny Easter birthday with my grandma and mum this year, who also have their birthdays in the same week, but instead we are having a virtual party over social media and each making a cake to bring to the party. I have yet to cut into it but it looks decadent!
