This ANZAC weekend I decided to give this GF chocolate cake a go. As you can see it is gloriously messy, full of chocolate, as well as airy and light. I garnished my cake with fresh Tasmanian raspberries, which added perfectly sublime bursts of freshness in amongst all the chocolate.
