Making this (truly delicious) Easter egg cake was very special for a few reasons. One being I have a real, undivided love for mini eggs, so if there is any way to get them involved in baking, I am sold. Second, being I got to bake this with my partner on a beautiful sunny morning - we don’t often bake together so that was a lovely treat (and he enjoyed it too!). Third, it was to celebrate my birthday and the long Easter weekend all at once. Such a great and easy to follow recipe and in the process of being devoured now! Thank you Nigella!
