Keeping Easter Real during the Global Pandemic I'm not going to lie to you — I was expecting this to be much harder than it was, especially after I totally demolished butterscotch pots a few weeks ago and had to scrap my ingredients and start over — after which point I did manage to serve those sweet little puddings for dessert on a random weekday evening — and my husband was appreciative. But this time everything went like clockwork and I'm hoping to get the thumbs up from my son, a 14-year-old chocolate snob if there ever was one.
