I loved making this perfectly indulgent Easter chocolate cake! Having had to take a short break from paediatrics I have had more time to focus on a creative outlet - this was the perfect opportunity to make something beautiful and use the inspiration to shape some fondant bunnies with their carrots. I will definitely be keeping this recipe to impress my dinner guests...and to treat my little patients for Easter next year!
