Make this cake pretty much every year. This time I halved the recipe and added a pinch of Maldon salt, as I love how salt cuts through the richness of the chocolate. As for the décor, I know florals for spring = groundbreaking, but when you’re gardenless during isolation it’s all about little sources of beauty!
