We have created a layered nest by cooking the same recipe in 2 smaller tins. The cream was made in a dark chocolate ganache style by boiling the cream and pouring over the chocolate, which means it is extra chocolatey and smooth. We used some of the cream and added some salted caramel sauce for the filling. Then topped off with the eggs and the Easter chicks. Delicious!
