It’s my Grandmother’s tradition to bake a chocolate cake for our family every Easter and though we couldn’t be together this year I thought maybe I’d make her proud with this one! Unfortunately I couldn’t get any Easter eggs to decorate but I learnt a trick or two about making your own the old fashioned way, just like my Grandmother had always told me about.
