We had great fun baking this cake, and even more fun eating it! Instead of Easter eggs for the decoration, we went for a slightly lighter option: fresh blueberries and raspberries together with a few coconutty Raffaello spheres. The fresh berries complemented the chocolate very well - a pure symphony for our taste buds.
