This cake was a joy to make! Separating the eggs and beating the whites reminded me of baking with my grandmother when I was little. So fun to see the swirls of chocolate mix in too! I added sparkly sugar and some fluffy Easter bunnies and chicks. The kids were delighted with the cake. I must say that it tasted truly divine. I’ll definitely be making this again. It will be a great recipe for family gatherings to cater for those who do not eat gluten.
