An afternoon of baking was a welcome distraction in these times. It was a fun challenge for me as I have never created a flourless cake before. Surprisingly went quite well even though I was not entirely certain if it was cooked fully. After photos were taken, it was recieved with open arms from my family who had waited patiently for me to finish; stay safe everyone.
