Nigella says that this cake is unstressful to make, which is the case but gosh, it was so stressful to get it out of the tin. Most of the edges fell, I had to rebuild as much as possible by putting the cream to solidify the sides. Moreover, in Thailand, we don't find any sugar-coated eggs so I decided to use marshmallows. Anyway, the taste was good and we learn from our mistakes so I am still proud to introduce my (failed not so good looking) cake to the world! Happy Easter!
